Preparing for Your Visit

So that you may fully relax and enjoy your service please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service to complete necessary paper work prior to your treatment.  Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed a full length service.  However,  a full service charge will be applied.

Please feel free to relax and enjoy a beverage on our sun deck.  No need to rush, ever.

All Spa appointments must be reserved with a credit card.  If you cancel, kindly give 24 hours notice: spa packages and group bookings require 72 hours notice.  A no show will result in a full charge to your credit card.

Please tell us all medications you may be taking, including over the counter and herbal treatments.  In addition, let us know if you have any allergies to medications or FOODS.  Eminence products are made with fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers.

We are here to pamper and provide our guests a relaxed and serene enviroment.  Please turn off cell phones and pages.  Sorry, we can not accomodate children.

We will not be responsible for lost or stollen items.  However,  all of our treatment rooms are equipped with a small locked box for you valuables.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
